RUBY SAYS: We hope you love your RUBY London product

 The shopper has the right to cancel the contract within seven days, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If you need a different size or style and want to make an exchange please email us at within 7 days of receipt of your order to notify us of your exchange request.  
RUBY London will exchange your jeans for a different size or style or wash. 
All postage for exchanges will be refunded to you upon proof of postage provided to RUBY London after posting.
RUBY London will issue a credit note if your size or colour choice is not available.
Sale or discounted goods are only eligible for an exchange. 

 Refunds will only be given on faulty goods or where the customer has exceeded the two times exchange policy with no perfect fit jean achieved.
Refunds will be issued to the customer via GBP cheque and sent out at the end of the business week.
