Ruby offers two shipping options:

1. UK Customers: Royal mail special delivery
2. European, USA and rest of the world: DHL

All Orders are processed within 2 hours during office hours. Orders received before 15.00 GMT will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next working day.

Please note that orders received past 15.00 on a Friday, will be shipped the following Monday and will therefore be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders shipped to the UK are via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Overseas orders are shipped via DHL. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to leave a parcel unless prior arrangements have been made.

Ruby only accepts orders for products that are in stock. With the following conditions:

• Payment is accepted and billing address verified
• Delivery address is verified and confirmed. Please note that should your first order request a different delivery address to billing address, delays may occur while we confirm these details with you.
• Delays may be caused by external influences.

Special Delivery – next day (1pm):

• Up to 500g - £4.70
• 1kg - £5.90
• 2kg - £7.65

Special Delivery – next day (9am):

• Up to 500g - £10.85
• 1kg – £12.55
• 2kg - £15.55

Special Delivery – Saturday delivery:

• Up to 500g - £6.80
• 1kg £7.90
• 2kg - £9.65

Shipping costs to the above are calculated on the size, weight and destination of your package.

All items, including Sale items, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Customers must request, via email, to return items within 3 days of receipt and return goods within 7 days of receiving an ARN no. Ruby will not cover the shipping cost of returning items. Goods should be returned to:

In order to return goods please follow the simple process below:

Send an email to: returns@rubylondon.com
Subject: Order Number (found on your invoice and email confirmation)
Body: Type: “please issue an ARN number.”
And: Brief explanation of reason for return.

This email must be received by us within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Ruby will reply with an “ARN” reference number which should be printed out and sent back with the goods.

Ruby will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty garments and will not accept returns for items that have been worn.

Ruby will check all items thoroughly prior to sending every order, we advise customers to also check garments on receipt. Ruby will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as at time of release from our depot.

Ruby will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 10 days of Ruby receiving the returned item (s), further to the normal quality checks. The refund includes the full value of the items returned including UK sales taxes but excluding shipping costs.

International orders are exclusive of duty and custom charges. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may be requested to pay additional local sales taxes at the time of delivery to your order. Depending on your Country of residence, Ruby advise that import duty and local sales taxes may not be refundable to Non-E.U. customers wishing to return items.
