Return Policy

All items, including Sale items, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Customers must request, via email, to return items within 3 days of receipt and return goods within 7 days of receiving an ARN no. Ruby London will not cover the shipping cost of returning items. Goods should be returned to:

SW10 0XD.

In order to return goods please follow the simple process below:
Send an email to: returns@rubylondon.com
Subject: Order Number (found on your invoice and email confirmation)
Body: Type: “please issue an ARN number.”
And: Brief explanation of reason for return.

This email must be received by us within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Ruby London will reply with an “ARN” reference number which should be printed out and sent back with the goods.

Ruby London will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty garments and will not accept returns for items that have been worn.

Ruby London will check all items thoroughly prior to sending every order, we advise customers to also check garments on receipt. Ruby London will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as at time of release from our depot.

Ruby London will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s), further to the normal quality checks. The refund includes the full value of the items returned including UK sales taxes but excluding shipping costs.
